Ingredients:

60 g of oat flakes
15 grams of cocoa powder
1 egg
100 ml yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil
100 grams of cottage cheese
2 tsp of honey
chocolate (optional)
Smash the banana. Then we mix it and add the remaining ingredients (egg, oat flakes, cacao powder, baking powder, coconut oil).
