Hexagon CD Envelope
The CD Envelope is made from an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.
I designed this envelope many years ago and have use it when ever I needed a CD case. If you have folded other origami, this is a simple pattern. If you are new to origami it might take a little study.
The step by step instructions are on the following 2 steps. They are typical origami directions.
Page 1 of 2
Page 1 creates the 30/60 degree triangles needed to make a Hexagon.
Page 2 of 2
Page 2 shaped the envelope to hold your CD.
If you would like to print an image on the envelope, print the image in the hexagon area in the center of the page. The image side becomes the greens side in the diagram when you fold envelope.
