HoliDIYS: Friendship Bracelet

Hello! This will be the first tutorial in my HoliDIYS series. This is where I will show you DIY crafts until December 24. I hope you enjoy this series and let me know if there is anything in particular that you would like to see.

1.) yarn
2.) tape or clip
3.) a surface to work on.
4.) charm and jump ring (optional)

Tie two pieces of yarn together.

Tape the ends to something. a clipboard, the floor, or a chair are some of the things you can use.

Time to start the knot! Take the left string and make a "4" shape by crossing it over the other color and pulling it under. You will see a small knot form if you have done it correctly.

Now you will do almost the same thing. Take he string on the right and make a backwards four and pull it through the bottom. You will start to see this interesting design appear. Continue doing this and alternating right and left strands.

Keep going and it should look like this. If you do not want to add charms, you can stop right here.

Charm time! Add one.....or a ton! This is an optional step but I think it looks so cute when you add them
