3 Ripe Avocados

1 Lime 1/2 Onion(Finely Chopped)

1/2 Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)

1/2 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)

1tsp Salt

Saute the onions in a frying pan and leave to cool. Add the avocados to a bowl and cover with the juice of the lime. Use a fork to mash the mixture until you get your desired consistency. De-seed and finely chop the tomatoes and chilli before adding to the mixture along with the salt and sauteed onions. Mix together until everything is combined.

Ingredients

Pita Bread

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper Mixed Herbs (Optional)

Cut the pita bread into small triangles and place on a greased baking tray. Brush and season each side of the pita bread with olive oil, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Bake at 200 degrees C / 392 degrees F for 10 minutes (turning the pita chips over at the 5 minute point)
