Add the rest of the flour ( 3 cups) and the salt  to the yeast and mix.
If you have an eletric mixer you can use it because it is easier. Beat for about 15minutes ( if you have free time...you can do it while seeing tv.:).
Cover again and let it rise until double for 1h- 1,5 hours.
I grabed a small portion and putted it into a small cup so that you could see the way it should look.

Now make a roll with the dough. It night be king of sticky and you may need to add some flour.
Make the roll and cut into about 10 equal portions and make some balls.
If you have time and patient to wait let them rise for more half an hour, if dont shape the balls into bagels /donuts or any other shape that you like, such as squares.( but don't forget to make a hole in the midlle).

Now boil some water with a pinch of salt in a saucepan and boil the bagels for about 2 minutes on each side, until the start floating.

The boiling process will assure a crispy outside and a soft inside - the perfect Bagel.

Let them dry for a couple of minutes, put them in a baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes at 120ÂșC ( 250F).

Enjoy your bagels, simple, with butter, with cream cheese, honey or any other thing!
