Homemade Butter

I wanted to try out the taste and price difference compared to the butter I used to buy.

Supplies

whipping cream in my case 30%

mixer, bowl

1-pour into bowl

2-whisk for about 25-30 minut -butter milk is separated from butter

3-pour over the milk

4-cold water helps in processing

4.1-squeeze the milk


5 finish -fresh butter & butter milk

I got 1/2 liter of buttermilk

330 grams of butter



price of cream - bought on sale for 2.75 euros

  1 piece for 0.55 euros


The normal price per kilogram is 3.5-4.5 euros


the current price of butter per kilogram is about 7, 8 and more euros


it's not worth it --- in this case

buttermilk price not included

electricity price and time not included


You know,the price should not always be a priority,

try it at home,the taste of fresh butter is amazing.
