Homemade Cupcakes

Ingredients
What we need:
1) flour
2) sugar
3) a glaze
4) vanilla sugar
5) baking powder
6) cottage cheese
7) 3 eggs
8) butter
9) sprinkles
Ramekins and Butter
- Place ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Melt butter
Combine Sugar, Egg Yolks and Cottage Cheese
- Using an electric mixer, stir sugar and egg yolks in a bowl until well combined
- Add cottage cheese
- Crush cottage cheese
Mixed
- Add melted butter to (sugar, egg yolks and cottage cheese)
- Add 200 grams of flour, a piece of baking powder and a piece of vanilla sugar
- Stir
Into the Oven
- Fill ramekins with the received dough
- Put a baking sheet with ramekins into the oven
- Wait approximately half hour
Remove From the Oven
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven
A Glaze
- Put a glaze in hot water for 3-5 minutes
- You can use it after that time
Smear and Sprinkle
- Smear the cupcakes with the glaze
- Sprinkle the cupcakes with sprinkles
