1 Cup of Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil, 5-10 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 1 Medium-Sized Mason Jar, 1 Spoon, and 1 Medium-Sized Bowl

First, wash your glass jar with warm water and any dish soap. You want to make sure that the jar is clean and completely dry before making this product because if you still have moisture in the glass, it will cause the product to start molding and start to separate.

Second, get a medium-sized bowl. Have your bowl clean and dry ready to use to save time later in the process. Make sure your countertop is clean and has enough space for you to do this.

Enter & Mix Ingredients

Third, put brown sugar and coconut oil in the medium-sized bowl to mix. Make sure this gets mixed in very well. It should feel like wet sand by the time you are done mixing.

Mix in Lavender

Once the mixture is complete, put 5-10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil into the mixture. Make sure the Lavender is mixed in completely. Lavender is a relaxant so putting this into the scrub is a way to help you relax after a long day.

Once mixing is done, you need to put the scrub into the medium-sized mason jar. Put the medium-sized mason jar into the fridge. The jar needs to be in the fridge for 4 hours to be able to set and insures the product is ready to use.

To Use

Once chilled, it is ready to use! Bring into the bathroom near your shower. When ready to use, use warm water and get a handful of sugar scrub. Rub scrub on arms and legs and rinse with warm water as well. Pat dry and have smooth arms and legs.

Results

The result of this easy and inexpensive sugar scrub recipe is smooth legs, just as smooth as if it came from the store. This 6-step process, if done correctly, can save money and should bring a feeling of relaxation and calm.
