You will need a bag of your favorite potatoes.
Here I am using golden potatoes, but you can use russets, reds, sweets, heirloom, or any other potatoes you find. 1 bag of potatoes 1/2 -1 1/2 Cup(s) of almond milk unflavored/unsweetened 1-2 table spoons of olive oil salt for water

Wash, Cut, and Boil Potatoes

Wash your potatoes to get off any excess dirt. Then cut them into quarters.
While you are washing and cutting your potatoes boil water and add salt. You want enough water that your potatoes will be covered when added to the water. Add your cut potatoes to the boiling salted water and cook till soft.

Mash

Mash the potatoes with a fork or masher. At this point add your almond milk and oil. This will make it easier to mash, creamer and less dry. *The oil and milk isn't strictly necessary but will enhance the flavor texture of the potatoes.
