Hi Everyone!

Today I am going to show you how to make Wagon Wheels a delicious chocolate biscuit!! They are easy to make and taste better then the originals! Enjoy..

You Will Need

- 24 marshmallow

- 24 Marie biscuits (For those of you who do not have them, they are plain, round sweet biscuits.)

- 1/4 cup of Raspberry Jam

- 1 Block of Milk or Dark Chocolate

- 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil

*This will make 12 Wagon Wheels

First Lay out 12 of the Marie biscuits and cut marshmallows in half and put 4 1/2's on each biscuit.

Put the biscuits with marshmallows in oven for 2 minutes for the marshmallows to soften slightly. While they are in the oven put Raspberry jam on one side of the other 12 Marie biscuits.

Once they are out of the oven press down the jam covered sides with the softened marshmallow sides. Use a knife to smooth edges if they leak out. Now leave them to set for 15minutes or longer.

Now melt the chocolate (On the stove or microwave) and put in bowl and mix through the tablespoon of oil. (Will give you longer to dip the biscuits in before hardening and make them shinier.) Then coat the biscuits in chocolate and use a knife to scape any left over chocolate off the top, use two forks to lift out of chocolate and put on baking tray. Continue these steps for all 12.

Eat and Enjoy!!
