[Cat to Scale]

A year of so I created the retractable windshield cleaner.

It was pretty popular and people liked it, but I saw it was not strong enough to handle the abuse a device like this gets in a car, and via someone else's suggestion of using a Selfie Stick I reworked and redid the idea!

This baby is 10.5" long and extends to 34" of window cleaning goodliness!

this is for cleaning the INSIDE of your windshield, so its not glaring or streaky when the sun hits it!

The Parts

Back to the .99ยข store for the windshield brush, and Amazon for the Selfie Sick (cost around $10).

Any one will work, however, the "wired" ones are cheaper.

Remove the iPhone / phone holder from the stick, remove the cleaning pad and put them to the side. I am sure we will find a use for them later.

The items you need to complete this project are some epoxy and a Dremel.

The pictures show how I cut and cleaned up the inside to fit the plastic of the selfie stick.

Merrily, Merrily, Merrily.

I put some business cards under the flat part, so the epoxy will dam up by the wall and not leak onto the selfie stick extension piece. Then I used some wood sticks to make sure it was perfectly centered.

I LOVE Loctite Epoxy, but any "5 minute epoxy" will work.

Took my act on the road, and it does a GREAT Job, and stores NICELY in the side pocket (with a small bottle of Windex).
