How to Juggle
Materials Needed
When juggling, all that's needed is three items. For beginners I would suggest three of the same items. The best items to begin juggling are ones that are uniform in shape and won't bounce around when you drop them.
Things to Remember When Juggling
Bend your knees slightly
Keep your feet shoulder width apart
Keep a steady rhythm with your hands, keep relaxed shoulders
Make sure you don't focus on one ball, keep your eyes unfocused straight ahead of you

The Jug
Put two balls in your dominant hand, and one in the other. Throw the first ball in your dominant hand to your other hand. Throw the ball in your non-dominant hand before you catch the ball you threw with your right hand. Once you have thrown the second ball to your dominant hand, and before you have caught it, you throw the second ball in your dominant hand to your non dominant hands.
Reverse Step 3
Reverse the jug, doing the same steps, but starting with your non-dominant hand this time
Repeat Steps 3 and 4
Repeat steps 3 and 4, and next thing you know, you're juggling!
