Easy Spider Cheek Art
Hi :) Today I'm going to show you how to paint a small spider design. It's great for parties! Hope you enjoy!
1. Spider
You'll need black, white, and red paint, a small high-density sponge (optional), and a brush. I used a number three round brush but a flat brush would work too. You'll also need some water, and if you want, a white or silver glitter gel.
Start by loading up a small part of your sponge with black paint. Make sure the sponge is slightly damp. Sponge a small circle, about the size of a loonie.
Take your brush and load it with black paint. Paint around the edges of your circle to make a cleaner line, then draw legs and an oval for a head. The legs should flick down at the end. (See photo)
Now rinse off your brush or grab a new one and load it with white. Paint two little white circles for eyes. Then go ahead and grab some red on your brush and paint two red pupils inside the eyes and then, if you want too, you can paint a poisonous-looking design on the body. I drew a sort of plus sign.
You're done! Of you want too, add some glitter gel to the eyes and markings, or all over like I did.
