How to Make a Simple and Fast Yarn Ball

A simple, basic, yarn ball. For those who hate how yarn comes from the store. I'm sure there are many ways to do this, and this is my way. Use them to simply keep your yarn nice and neat, decorate with them, or use them in craft projects. It's all up to you.

You Will Need.

-Hold the yarn like you are about to make a slip knot.
-Wrap as many times as you wish, it takes a bit of practice to know when to stop.
-Take it off your hand and hold horizontally.
-Wrap as many times until when you squeeze it it forms a cube like shape.
-Flip to it's side and squeeze it, wrap and rotate until there are no more pieces sticking out.

The Structure

-Continue wrapping and rotating.
-If some parts start to poke out just turn it and wrap until everything is uniform.
-Stop when you are satisfied with the size, tired, or are out if yarn.

That's It!

It will take a bit of practice and a not so spherical yarn ball or two to get the hang of it. Once you get good, it will be instinct when to turn and such. Use these as you wish. You can tie the ends and poke them into the yarn and decorate with them, or whatever your heart desires.
