How Remove Ferrite Core

Step 1:
     Cut at the join ( the tape only )  or  remove the tape (Please picture 1)
  step 2:
    Put them in toaster oven  grilled  400 F = 205 C degree wait 1 minute or less.(Please picture 2)
  Step 3:
   remove  them with  the glove (Please picture3)
  Step3 :
   If piece of bottom not move  used a piece of tree  (Please picture 4)
       and  put out them.
