Gather Your Supplies
You will need
2 Cups Pecan Halves
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter (salted or not)
sauce pan

4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter (salted or not)

Roasting the Pecans
Throw all of your pecans in a sauce pan, and pan-fry for about 2 minutes. This will soften the pecans, and really accentuate the nutty flavor.
Add in Other Ingredients
After the pecans have been pan fried, toss in the butter, and stir so all nuts are well-coated.
Stir in brown sugar, and keep the nuts moving so neither the butter nor the sugar burn. This should take no more than 5 minutes.
