How to Do a String Basket.

I made a string basket. This was an idea from youtube. I was interested in making this for a friend who she always like making craft that are easy to make.

Supplies needed

• 1 roll of String
• 1 cardboard cup
• 1 pipe cleaner "6 inches"
• Scissors
• Hot glue gun

Grabbing your cardboard cup.

• Getting a ruler you will place the beginning of the ruler at the top of the cup and measure it going down.
• you will mark a line where 1 inch marks

Using the cup that you cut.

• Get your string and find the end of the string.
• Hot glue the end of the string to the bottom of the cup.
• Start wrapping the string around the whole cup.
• Once you have covered the whole cup cut the string and hot glue the end that you cut.

Get your 6 inch pipe cleaner.

• With a ruler you will measure the pipe cleaner
• With a wire cutter you will cut 2 inches off from the pipe cleaner.

Grabbing your wrapped cup

• Place a dot of hot glue to one side of the cup. (make sure you center it as close as possible)
• once one side is dried you will glue the other side in the same direction as the first one.

• You will open the silhouette studio app on your device

• You will find the drawing tool on your left side (it will have a rectangle shape)
• You will choose the square option
• Draw the same depending on how big you want it (each square on the graph is an inch)
• Once you have your square you will choose the circle option and create it on the edge of the square that you created at first.
• (You are free to write anything on your tag)
