The center of gravity is a key factor in tuning a 4 - link suspension. This Instructable will show you all you need to know when finding your center of gravity.

Step 1: Jackstands

Get four jackstands and place them as close to the center of your car as possible as all four wheels off the ground, with the front wheels supported by a jack.

Step 2: Lowering the Jack

The jack that is supporting the front end must be gradually lowered until the rear wheels come off the ground. Then stop releasing air from the jack.

Step 3: Moving Out

Move the front jackstands out gradually until the car balances without the jack golding it up. Measure between the jackstands then the center of gravity is between the two jackstands.

Ending

You can do this with only two other people. It is an easy 10 - 30 minute project that is essential to 4-link tuning. Coment on this please!
