How to Install the Royale Noir Theme in Windows XP
You know, the default blue theme in Windows XP that you're probably using is a little boring. So spice up your desktop with Royale Noir! For those you don't know what it is, here is the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royale_(theme)
All you need is a PC running Windows XP, an Internet connection, and some sort of file extracting software.

Getting the Theme
On your web Browser go to Google and type in "royale noir." Then go to this link: http://www.istartedsomething.com/20061029/royale-noir/
Download the file (Zip or Rar, your choice) from the site to somewhere on your computer (eg. the desktop).

Extracting the Theme
Using a file extracting program such as WinZip, extract to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes.
Configuring the Theme
Form that folder, click on the "Luna" theme icon. This will open the Display Properties > Appearance. From the drop-down menu, select Royale Noir, then click Apply, then OK. Now sit back and enjoy your new desktop.
