Hii friend,

Today I am going to make an aux cable. This aux cable is an equipment that receives peripheral sound sources such as audio speakers. We can use this aux cable to send audio output to our phone to an amplifier board.

Let's get started,

Take All Components As Shown Below

Components required -

(1.) 3-pin audio jack x2

(2.) Wires

This Is the Pin Outs of Audio Jack

This picture shows the pinouts of 3-pin audio jack.

As we can see 1st-pin is GND (Ground pin),

2nd-pin is for Right speaker and

3rd-pin is for Left speaker.

That's all the pins of 3-pin audio jack.

Remove Outer Cover

Firstly we have to remove the outer cover of wire at the end of these wires and solder in the wires as you can see in the picture.

Solder Wires in Audio Jack

Next we have to solder 3-wires in the 3-pin audio jack at the place of GND, Right speaker and Left speaker as shown in the picture.

Solder Wires in Other Audio Jack

Next solder all wires in other (2nd audio jack) 3-pin audio jack at the same place of audio jack.

Solder GND pin of jack-1 to GND pin of jack-2,

Left pin of jack-1 to Left pin of jack-2 and solder

Right pin of jack-1 to Right pin of jack-2 as solder in the picture.

Add Glue to the Audio Jack

Now our aux cable is ready.

Hence Now add glue to both audio jack for safety purpose and for making awesome like as picture.

Aux Cable Is Ready

Now our aux cable is ready to use.

We can use it to send the audio signal to audio amplifiers.

Thank you
