Take the stripes of cardboard you made before and wind it to the PVC pipe.

Wind it in a spiral shapes and make sure not to apply glue to the base layer.

You can use Rubber bands to hold it in place. When you are done with the base layer apply glue to the 2nd layer and glue it to the base layer in the opposite direction and vice versa for all the layers.

Apply as many layer as you want. Know that the more layers you put the more strong your tube is going to get.

When you're done, apply thick glue to the top and dry it for about 12 hours.

After drying for 12 hours, cut off the sides and pull the PVC pipe.

If you've done it right, the glue should not stick to the Pipe and you'll be able to pull the PVC easily.
