How to Make Homemade Meatballs

Are you ever in need of a easy and quick meal for those busy days? Well if so I have just the meal for you! Meatballs are a perfect dish to make for many different occasions. Not to mention there delicious but they are also fun to make! Along with being a good starter recipe for young chiefs!

Gather Your Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

½ cup plain breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Get Your Pan Ready

Get the desired pan you chose to use, pour half an inch of oil in the pan. Get the oil hot up to around medium heat, but do not let the oil boil.

Mix the Ingredients

Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and gently mix together using your hands.

Mold the Meatballs

Use your hands to divide the meat into the desired size meatball trying to keep them as uniform in size as possible in order for them to cook the same. Grab the desired amount in your hands toss it back and fourth between your hands to remove any air pockets and then roll into a ball.

Place the Meatballs Into the Pan

Place the meatballs into the pan with the oil, cook until the bottom is browned then flip. When the next half of the meatball appears to be done take one of the meatballs out and cut down it into half to see if the middle is fully cooked.
