How to make kompot from apples, pears and quince?

In case you have some fruit you could always make a kompot! What is kompot? Kompot is basically water from boiled fruits! Some people also add sugar or honey in their recipe, I don't do that.

Procedure is quite simple and it takes about 15 minutes to make some kompot!

In this recipe is use apples, fruits and quince or some call them apple quince. As you may know they are really hard to eat. You can cook then or even bake them!

Wash and Cut the Fruits

As you can see in video I first clean fruits from bad parts. These fruits are all from my garden and we don't use any chemistry on them. That's why they don't look "magazine" perfect.

So, clean them. Cut them in smaller pieces if you want for cooking to be faster.

Boiling

Fruit pieces put on fire and wait until it boil. You can put water to heat up when you start to cut fruits.
