How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe for Gluten Free Peanut butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. These are delicious, easy to make cookies that are great if you're gluten free
Ingredients and Materials
Gather Ingredients needed:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Materials needed:
- Big mixing bowl
- whisk
- large baking pan
- small bowl
- parchment paper or nonstick cooking oil/spray
Set oven to 350, it should be ready by the time your mix is done. Get a big mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and peanut butter in the bowl and mix together with whisk till you see its fully mixed together.
Get your egg and crack it in small bowl. You need both the yolk and egg whites for this recipe. Make sure no egg shells are in the small bowl. Add the egg to the big bowl with the peanut butter and brown sugar mixture.
After adding the eggs, add the baking soda to the bigger bowl. Mix the eggs and baking soda in with the Peanut butter mixture. Whisk all the ingredients together till they’re all fully mixed. Then you can add in the chocolate chips and mix all together again. Don’t be afraid to use your hands, it will be much easier.
Get a large baking pan and cover with parchment paper or any non stick oil. Get your PB cookie mix and divide in 12 little balls. You may use your hands to form the balls. Then place on baking pan.
Press down on the PB cookie balls just enough for it to look like a medium sized cookie. Spread them apart from each other enough because they will expand while baking in the oven. Make sure oven is ready at 350. Then place the cookies in the oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes. You can always leave them for a little longer if you want crispy cookies.
