How to Make a Mini Wooden Bluetooth Speaker

Material:

  • any flat wood
  • mini speaker size of 1-7/8"

Tool:

  • 1-7/8" Forstner Drill Bit
  • mini speaker size of 1-7/8"
  • wood glue
  • clamps
  • sanding machine
  • saw
  • sandpaper
  • table saw
  • vertical band saw
  • drill press
  • miter saw

use table saw and miter saw to cut 5 pieces of wood to 4" X 4"

use wood glue to glue them together to form a Box

use clamps and extra wood to line them up together for 12 hrs.

Tips: clamps on the extra wood piece so the clamps doesn't damage your wood box from pressure.

After 12 hrs, Use Forstner Drill Bit install it on the drill press to drill a hole in the middle. Top and bottom.

use the vertical band saw cut the 4 corners and use sanding machine to make it smoother.

lastly, put the speaker in the hole area. glue them if needed.
