How to Make a Seismograph!
In this project we see how to build a seismograph and an earthquake detector with Arduino and MPU6050
accelerometer,with display on an oled
What You Will Need
1.Arduino nano board
2.Oled display
3.MPU 6050 accelerometer
4.1k resistor
5.Buzzer module
6.LED
7.Visuino software
Schematic
Make the connections of the components according to the diagram below
Upload the Code
- You can upload the code, but you can build the code yourself in just a few minutes after the video tutorial, it's
- very easy. Watch the video tutorial.
- If you want to load the code from the IDE, you will have to copy the "Mitov" folder that contains the "h" files and the libraries used in the folder with the Arduino libraries, "Documents-Arduino-libraries". you can download it from here:https://app.box.com/s/noenwiiighaxkcigvlset1ydcrsoec84
- Visuino free version download here: https://www.visuino.com/
Assembly and Testing
I used a test wiring board for this project. You can use any type of wiring.
Play Project
We power the device. At this point the detector is ready for operation without any other adjustment.
Thank you for following me here. I hope you like my project, there will be other interesting ones. Good luck with your projects!
