Do you want to make something adorable for your little baby without wasting any money? In this article, I am going to make an adorable Snowman out of socks! There is no baby who does not love Snowman. And more surprising thing is that I filled it with rice. And this cute sock snowman takes a few minutes to make!
My little nephew is a great fan of it and every time he wanted to join the fun. This doll is super kid-friendly and I don't think it is too hard for my nephew, who is almost 6 and 5.
So let’s get started on these little sock snowmen with rice.
Supplies
- 1 white-colored sock
- Rice
- Ribbon or fabric
- Wool thread
- Small buttons
- Round Beads
- Cotton Ball pom pom
- Scissors
- Glue
Fill Your Sock Snowman With Rice
The first step is to fill the sock with rice. I used almost a glass of rice in the bottom of my sock. Then tie it with wool thread.
Shape the Body of the Snowman
Once you are satisfied with the bottom part then fill the top portion of your sock with rice. Then it will look like in the picture.
Hat of Your Sock Snowman
You can see I have an extra sock on my doll and I used it for the hat. You can use different color socks to decorate it. For that you have to cut the top part in the socks.
Decorate the Sock Snowman
I used round beads as eyes and pompom for the nose and some buttons as a jacket. I used glue to attach them.
