i have recently started breeding guppies. I wanted to make sure my fry were safe if a guppy had fry in the main tank. This spawning net protects your fry and eggs from other fish that want to eat them. Enjoy! 🐟

Supplies

There is a very short list of supplies:

acrylic green yarn

a cork

scissors

something you can wrap yarn around (like a book)

Start off the project by wrapping your yarn around a book (or whatever you have) wrap the yarn until it looks a lot like the picture. Tie the end

Cut the yarn. Make sure the knot you made in the last step is tight.

Take your cork and put it in the center. Wrap the yarn around the cork and tie a knot at the end.

Finished! I use one of these for my albino Redtail guppies and fry. You can replace the cork with a rock to make the net sink! Tell me if you made one!
