Supplies
Prepare Your Materials:
- Reused tin can
- Plastic bottle
- Plastic bottle cap
- Piece of wire
- 2 screws
- Hot glue gun
Mark and Cut the Tin Can
Join us as we demonstrate each step in detail!
Using a marker, make two marks on the bottom of the tin can. Then, drill two holes at these marks. Connect the holes with a line and cut along this line with Dremel.
We will sharpen the bottom cut well, to cut the potato easily.
Prepare the Plastic Bottle
Cut off the bottom of the plastic bottle. This will serve as an extension for the tin can.
Prepare the Bottle Cap
Drill three holes in the plastic bottle cap. Insert the wire through the middle hole (which will hold the potato), Insert screws through the other two holes (which will hold the potato) and secure them with hot glue.
