Tools you will need for this project:

1/4 in. threaded rod (12-20" in. long)
1/4 in. nuts (2)
1/4 in. washers (2) (make sure it's large enough to go past the hole in the weight)
2.5 lb weight (get one with handles)

Total cost should be under 4 freakin dollars cuz it's awesome!

Screw the Nut

Screw on nut and then slide on washer. They should be about 1 1/2 in on the rod.

Add Weight

Add weight, then other washer, then other nut. Tighten to the point of no movement when you attach a camera.

You're Done!

Now just attach your camera to the top of the mount. Record holding the just the weight. It may take a little practice to get really good at doing this. Don't use a very heavy camera. Maybe use a Flip camera, Kodak PlaySport, GoPro, or something else similar in size. Don't use a large camera though. It won't be very steady and you might break something. I will be uploading some video soon. :) Enjoy!
