How to Make the Magic Origami Boat
Today I will be teaching you how to make a magic origami boat.
Start by Having Your Origami Paper on Your Table With the White Side Facing Up
Fold the Paper in Half and Unfold It
Fold the Two Sides Parallel to the Middle Crease Into the Middle Crease and Unfold
Rotate the Piece of Paper 90 Degrees and Repeat Steps 2 and 3 So You Have 16 Small Boxes
Fold the Paper Diagonally and Unfold
Take the bottom left corner of the paper and fold it over to the top right corner of the paper and unfold. Then take the bottom right corner of the paper and fold it over to the top left corner of the paper and unfold.
Flip the Origami Paper Over to the Colored Side
Fold Each Corner of the Paper to the Center and Unfold
Flip the Paper Over So That the White Side Faces Up
Fold Two Opposite Sides Into the Center Crease, DON'T UNFOLD
Fold Each Short End So That It Forms a Six Sided Figure
Fold the paper along the two small diagonals on the bottom of the paper. Push and fold the excess paper down so that it forms a rooftop/boat like shape (but this isn't the magic boat!). Repeat this step for the other side so it looks like a six sided diamond (see pictures above).
Go to One End and Fold Up Each Triangle So It Looks Like a House on a Boat
Flip the Paper Over
Fold the Left Half of the House Down Over to the Bottom Right Side
