How to Register for the COVID-19 Vaccine

This Instructable will explain to you how you can register for the COVID-19 Vaccine in your area.

Step 1: Web Browser

Open a web browser. This step is self explainable. Open Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or any other software used for navigating the internet. This tutorial will relate to Florida only.

Step 2: Navigate to the Florida Vaccine Website

This is the official website to register for a vaccine in Florida.

Step 3: Confirm You Are Eligible for the Vaccine

- 65 years of age or older

- Healthcare Personnel with Direct Patient Contact (Doctor, Nurse)

- Long-Term Care Facility Resident or Staff

- Individual deemed vulnerable to COVID-19

Step 4: Select Your County

Select your county by clicking the drop-down arrow. Once selected, click "Get in Line".

Step 5: Fill in the Text Inputs With Your:

First and Last Name, Email Address, Cell Phone Number, whether you are a Frontline Medical Worker or not, whether you are a Florida Resident or no, whether you carry an Epi-Pen, your birthdate, if you have received a dose of the vaccine before, and your zip code.

Step 6:

Learn where you can receive the vaccine. You will receive an email detailing when and where but be prepared to go to one of the locations listed below.
