Get on your board, and simply balance like your on a tightrope. After that, your ready to go! Put both feet on the board and push your foot back. Your board should move forward. Keep doing this while balancing to go, go, go! Your end result should be you going across the skatepark. Repeat as needed. To stop, put out the foot you use to push and step down with it. Your board should stop immediately.

FUN FACT:
Fear is one of the most powerful human emotions, and the amygdala is the part of the brain that controls our fear. When we encounter something scary, the amygdala is the first part of the brain to weigh-in, controlling and affecting our emotional responses. So if you keep failing, don’t get discouraged!

On your board, lean your foot/feet to the left or the right whilst going. Your board should move where you turn. Even though this step is short, it’s the hardest. Keep practicing!
