Step 5. Go to New or Compose to Start Your New Email.
Step 6. Use the Correct Email Address to Use. Meaning Make Sure You Include All Parties Needed for This Email.
Step 7. Begin the Email. Key Note: DO NOT Type an Email Like You Text. Be Professional at All Times.
Step 8. Once You Are Done, Proofread or Spell Check Your Work. Always Make Sure It Is Professional and Precise.
Step 9. Double Check You Have All the Parties You Want to Send It to Before Sending.
