How to Tape a Hockey Stick

in this step by step i will teach you how to tape a hockey stick

you grab your hockey tape the color is up to you, as you see i choose white and you start the tape on the bottom of the heel. put the first strip of tape on the bottom or where you decide to start,

slowly tape the bottom and work your way up the blade. flip the blade to see the backhand and flip it every time you switch sides. overlap the tap at half and keep taping it all the way down.

Once you're at this spot with just the toe left, leave extra tape on the sides and go over the toe. there should be tape around the toe and that is for you to cut off. 

the toe should look like this overlapped and extra tape around the toe. don't leave this extra tape here and grab a pair of scissors. use them and cut slowly around the toe to get a good nice cut. 

after the cut it should look like this. its called heel to toe as the tape is from the heel to toe. if you do half it works the same way just starting at half. if you use wax thats the next step

the last and final step is if you use wax its your choice, grab hockey wax, howies wax is the best you can grab. take the wax and rub it on the new tape all over the tape, back side and front you can feel the wax on, after our done and time to use your stick.
