How to Use the Ghost Puck
The Puck is a small, compact device considered to be an essential item in the world of paranormal equipment. A Puck covers a range of 360 degrees, it detects EMF and changes in the temperature surrounding it along with vibrations. The Puck detects an electro-magnetic field an energy spirits communicate through. The Puck uses sound and LED lights to set off alarms for the ghost hunter by playing music for EMF and beeps for temperature and vibration along with corresponding lights.
Puck History
The ghost Puck was created originally by Ghost Gear and has since become a staple in the tool bag of ghost hunters. It was created by Rob Walczak. Rob, a mechanical engineer, first created the EMF Circuit Board Module device like the Puck’s EMF detection.
The Puck and Paranormal Investigations
The electro-magnetic fields are said to be energy given off by spirits. When energy enters the Puck’s field it alerts the user through song and LED lights. It’s a good starting point for spirit communication. Starting a EVP recording at that point can yield some good results. Different lights glow on the Puck at varying rates and colors. Setting up the Puck in an area that has been known to have had ghost sightings or temperature swings is a good use of this device.
Capturing the activity
The Puck with Smart Temperature Deviation Detection is available for paranormal investigator’s use. The Smart Temperature Deviation Detection looks for the rate of change. So, this means the temperature must fall fast for the alarm to sound. If the temperature drops slowly the alarm will not sound, say 20 minutes for a 4-degree drop will not sound the alarm. However a 4-degree drop in under 5 minutes will.
Supplies
Place in a hallway or on a staircase.
