First determine the top from the bottom. When you buy a new set of wraps they will be rolled up with the opposite end of the wrap that you will begin with because this end will have velcro to keep the wrap intact just as it will when you get finished wrapping your hands and wrists.

Sometimes it is written which side is up and when it's down. Other times, you may have to determine it yourself based on the way the wrap is when you are done. If you get to the end of the wrap and the velcro is upside-down, you probably started with the wrong side down. On my hand-wraps in the video, the grey loop is sewn onto the side that is to face inward toward the skin.Hold the loop between your thumb and index finger. And with your hand being wrapped being a bit open, begin to wrap around you fingers about 4 or 5 times.

Remove the wrap from around your fingers. Hold the rolled part of the wrap with the thumb and index finger with the long part of the wrap hanging over the knuckles.

Bring the long part of the wrap under and then over the hand one time.

Hold the loop between your thumb and index finger. And with your hand being wrapped being a bit open, begin to wrap around you fingers about 4 or 5 times. Now wrap down and then around the wrist. As you begin to wrap around for a second time, bring the wrap up to be brought through the pinky and wring finger.

Now bring the wrap straight thru the underside of the hand. Then bring the wrap down and around the wrist again. Repeat this for wrapping between the remaining fingers.

Finally wrap the remainder of the wrap around the wrist as much as possible for support. And finish by fastening with the velcro.

Repeat on the opposite hand.
