How to Build a Supply Organizer
We are going to be building a supply organizer. This supply organizer is going to consist of rulers, calculators, paper, staplers, and tape. This entire organizer is made out of plywood and composite board. This entire organizer is made from scratch.
Paper Holder
Get a 9x12 piece of composite board and put it on the table as your base. Once your base is set on the table put the 9x1 pieces of plywood on the sides of the base. You are going to have to hot glue them down.
Start With the Base
Next get another 9x12 piece of plywood and connect it to the two sides with a hot glue gun. This is going to be used as the top where the paper is going to go. Grab a 9x9x.5 inch of wood square for the base of the supply organizer.
Starting With the Base
Get a 9x12 piece of plywood and put it on the table as your base. Once your base is set on the table put the 9x1 pieces of plywood on the sides of the base. Put a thin strip of hot glue down on the composite board and them neatly put the plywood and press down until dry.
Sides
Super glue two 9x5 piece of plywood and two 8x5 pieces of plywood to the sides of the 9x9 inch plywood board base. These are going to be used as the side of the supply organizer. Once done with that you are going to be nailing down corner braces to each corner of the supply organizer.
Pencil Holder
Super glue a 3.9375x1.90625 piece of composite board to the bottom right corner of the supply organizer. This is going to be used for the base of the pencil holder
Tape Divider
Next, take the 3.9375x5 piece of composite board and glue it to the middle of the supply organizer. This is going to be used as one side of the tape holder. Once that is neatly glued in, you want to take another 3.9375x5 piece of composite board and glue it to the other side. Both of these are going to be used to hold the tape holder.
Pencil Holder
Next, grap a 3.9375x3.9375 inch square with twelve 9 mm diameter circles cut into it. You will be placing this on top of the 3.9375x1.90625 inch pieces of wood glued to the sides.
Final Divider
Take another 3.9365x5 piece of composite board and super glue that down the the middle of the supply organizer. This is going to be the divider that separates the calculators and the rulers
Completion of the Supply Organizer
Once you have put the final divider in your supply organizer has been completed. This is what it should look like.
