How to Create an Angel Food Cake

Prepare the Egg White Mixture
Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks
Add cream of tarter, vanilla extract, and almond extract

Prepare Dry Ingredient Mixture
Sift together flour, sugar, and salt
Repeat five times
Gently combine the egg white mixture with the dry ingredients

Place in Cold Oven
