How to Cut and Peel a Melon in 2 Minutes or Less.

I recently  heard at the farmers market "I love melon, but they are such a hassle to prepare". Shockingly, this isn't the first time I have heard this. I am always amazed at how many people struggle with something as simple as cutting up a melon. If you ever find yourself struggling with something in the kitchen..you are probably doing it wrong!  If you nip the peel off like I do, you can serve it with ice-cream for a quick and easy desert.  This is one of about 3 or 4 ways I prepare melon.
