How to Generate Fake Traffic Using the Tor Browser

This is a mini instructable on how to generate fake traffic using the Tor Browser. Some servers have protection against this but some don't. So this instructable will serve as a heads up to network administrators an webmasters to identity this phenomena.

Downloading and Installing the Tor Browser

Head to the Tor Project home page and downland and install the tor browser:

https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en

Installing the Reload Every Mozilla Plug-in

Using the Tor Browser go to the following Mozilla plug-in recourse center and download the reload every plug-in:

https://addons.mozilla.org/pt-pt/firefox/addon/reloadevery/

Install and restart the Tor Browser.

Generating Periodic Fake Views on a Website Using Tor Browser

Now navigate to the targeted web page and right click on the background, select reload every X number of seconds.

Inside a the Tor Network your IP will automatically change in 10 minuets or so, so you can generate several fake hits with different identities. You can also program your mouse to move on its own to alter your IP manually using the MouseController software.

Generating a New Identity (IP)

You can program your mouse to get a new identity every Y seconds. In addition you can run multiple Tor Browser on a single computer and multiply this effect. This mechanism will generate false traffic to the targeted web page from multiple sources.
