How to Make Korean Egg Roll

A simple guide to making a delicious Korean side dish. Easy to make and goes well with any meal.

Obtain Ingredients

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 carrot
1 green onion

That's it!

Whisk Eggs

Crack all three eggs, whisk and set aside in bowl.

Clean Vegetables

Clean onion and carrot by washing. Don't forget to peel the carrot.

Dice Veggies.

Chop onion and carrot into tiny pieces.

Mix Ingredients

Add chopped veggies to egg and mix together using whisk

Prepare Frying Pan

Lightly oil frying pan so that egg does not stick. Heat on medium.

Pour Egg Into Pan

Pour egg mixture into frying pan and wait until bottom of egg is cooked and firm.

Roll

Begin rolling egg with spatula from one end. With each roll, slightly press down on end so that it stays folded. Leave cooked egg roll in pan for 1min to ensure it is cooked all the way through.

Cool Egg

Remove egg roll from pan, place on cutting board and allow to cool for 1min.

Cut Into Bite Size Pieces

Place roll on cutting board and cut into bit size pieces 1cm thick. Serve and enjoy!!
