How to Make Nachos With Homemade Guacamole
I was thinking of all the different things I could make for the mexican food contest, i searched up new ideas and also tried to make something up but then i thought nothing is better then nachos with homemade guacamole. So today I will show you how to make the perfect guacamole recipe to add to your tasty nachos!
For Your Guacamole You Will Need:
- Salt
- 1 Onion
- Around 1 Cup of cherry tomatoes or 1 whole tomato
- 1 Avocado
- Lemon or lime juice (You can use either but I prefer lemon juice.)
- Coriander (You can use fresh instead, I am just trying to make a very simple recipe.)

- 1 Avocado

Prepare Ingredients
Scoop out inside of Avocado and then add in bowl. You can get a fork and just mush it a bit, my avocado was pretty hard but if hey are softer they will mush much easier into the other ingredients.
Then dice the cherry tomatoes, I like to leave mine a bit chunky though.

Adding Other Ingredients
Then add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, shake of salt and 1 tablespoon of coriander. I like to add 2 tablespoons of salsa in with my guacomole to add to the tomato flavour as well as giving it a bit of spice.
Onion
Now dice up your onion and mix in bowl with other ingredients.
You Have Now Completed Your Guacamole!
Prepare Nachos
Put 1 pack of corn chips in a baking dish and layer with cheese and blob salsa on top. Put in oven for 15 minutes on 180degrees in a fan forced oven.
