How to Make a PVC Balloon Shooter

This is an awesome simple toy that can shot pencils across the room with little effort. All you need is some pvc and a balloon. It is so simple that a child can put it together.

Be careful shooting this because it can hurt someone if you shoot them in the face or other tender areas.  Have fun playing!
