Cut out a roughly 1 1/2 to 2 inch wide piece that is about 3 inches long (photo 1).Now cut a piece about  an 1 1/2 wide and about 2 inches long.(photo 2)Cut both of these out of paper. Now press these up to the side of the bottle.
Use your marker to draw around the paper so there is a outline of the piece you are to cut out.(photo 3)Now cut out your tracings as clean as possible. You need to do two of each wing.(photo 4)

Putting It Together

After completing step 1 its now time to glue. Now,this part is going to be a little hard to understand. The bigger wing is going to over lap the other big wing.(photo 1) And then glue.
Do the same for the littler wings. Then glue both sets together.(photos2-3)
