How to Make a Pumpkin Charm (with Face)
Fall is here so here's a cute little pumpkin to make to celebrate fall. Add a face on it to make it a jack-o-lantern! This is super easy and it doesn't take too much time. Approxiament time: 2 minutes.
Place the Bands
Begin with a single green band. Just place it at the very top in the middle row. Now, you might want to use orange for this part. If you look at the pictures above, the orange bands are placed so it looks like an oval with a straight line in it.
Face (optional)
If you want your pumpkin to have a face for Halloween, just look at the pictures above. You can make it sad, happy, evil, or angry. These pictures show how to make a happy one.
Caps
You will probably know how to do a cap band. If you don't, just watch the videos below. It's quite simple and you use these a lot in bracelets and charms.
Looping
Look at the pictures above and they will show you how to loop it.
Slip Knot
Make a slip knot. If you don't know how, I've provided a video.
Taking Off Loom
Once you made the slip knot, take it gently off the loom. If you don't do it carefully, it will break.
The Reveal
Once you've taken it off, you can adjust it until you're happy with it.
Done
You're done. You've made your first pumpkin/jack-o-lantern. If you want to make it 3-D, go here: 3-D Ball.
