You need:
Step 1
Cut the end of the balloon.
Step 2
Cut the top of the bottle .
Step 3
Now tie the balloon to the top of the bottle .You can tie the balloon with thread.
DO NOT SHOOT AT ANY HUMANS OR ANIMALS because it really hurts.
