Here's the link: How to make a single bracelet
Step 1: Placing the Bands on the Loom
Place a rubber band on the first peg on the first row. Then, grab the rubber band and place it on the next peg. Use another band and place it straight-forward. Continue to do this until you fill all the rows with bands.
Step 2: Placing Triangles on the Loom
Grab a white or black band and place it on the last three pegs. Continue to do this until you reach the second row of three pegs.
Step 3: Looping the Bands
Flip the loom over so that the arrows point down. Grab your hook and loop the rubber band on the first row on the first and second pegs straight-forward. Next, grab the band in the middle (second row, first and second pegs) and loop it straight-forward. Then, grab the band on the last row (last row, first and second pegs) and loop it straight-forward. Keep on looping the rows until you have reached the top of the loom on each row.
Step 4: Placing a New Band Through the Ending Bands
Grab your hook and place the last band on the first row. Place it over the last band on the middle row. Then, grab the last band on the third row and place it over the last bands on the first and middle row. Push your hook through the bands and place a new band on the end of the hook. (Preferrably, the color of the triangles) Push the hook back out. Make sure the new band has gone through the ending bands. Slide a C-clip on the band and gently pull the bracelet off the loom.
Step 5: Make a Bracelet Extension
To finish the bracelet, you need to make a bracelet extension.
This link takes you to an another instructable that tells you how to make a bracelet extension.
