Either you are obsessed with Nuts and Bolts and screws, Bead-Artist or interested in crafts for just for fun! One needs to keep their teeny tiny stuff in one place.

And the things come in handy if put together.

In this instructable, I will teach you how to make an organizing tray from an old Beads tray that you can buy from markets easily.

These trays are so clumsy and delicate that they get broken easily.

So why not make a permanent one from these? Follow this instructable.

Things you will need:

Beads Tray out of Beads set
Petroleum Jelly
Plaster of Paris
Water
Acrylic or Poster Paints
Paint brushes
A bowl and spoon
Cotton Swab
Krylon Crystal Clear Acrlyic

Take out the bead tray from bead set. Empty it and flip it, so its backside is up.

Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly in it with a brush, carefully applying in all areas.

Mix Plaster of Paris and water in bowl (quatity 1 part plaster of paris to 1 part water or more water for medium consistency).

Mix with spoon until no lumps in mixture.

Pour the mixture in the prepared plastic mould.

Fill in all areas until mould is filled to the brim.

Let it dry for a whole day, although it tries very quickly but extra time will make it stronger.

After one day, separate the mould with your finger slightly. As we have applied petroleum jelly, it will separate easily.

Now take out the cast from the mould.

Your bead-tray is ready to paint.

Take a cotton swab and clean all the petroleum jelly from Tray(that you have made from plaster of paris)

Using acrylic or poster paints, first paint the compartments in different colors.

Then with black paint, cover up all the sides of tray.

Let it dry.

Sealing

Apply Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic spray on the Tray according to Manufacturer's instructions.

Be sure to apply in all areas.

When ready, fill up the tray with your items and enjoy the tiny world of Arts-n-Crafts.
