How to Make Cheesy Quesadillas

How to make great quesadillas!

You will need olive oil, cheese (preferably cheddar or a Mexican mix)and corn or flour tortillas. You can add any other toppings you want!

Turn your element on medium. Let it warm up then drizzle some olive oil on your pan. Drop your tortillas onto the oil until crispy. Do this on one sides and on two tortillas

Now take a hand full of cheese and spread it on the un-toasted side of one tortilla. Now lie the other un-toasted side of the tortilla on the cheese.

Now add some more oil to your pan. Make sure its on low. Now further crisp the toasted sides until cheese is fully melted.

Your done! Now just remove the quesadilla from the pan and transfer it to a plate. I would recommend to serve these with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
